Meet your attorney
Amanda Sheppard is a homegrown resident of Florida, who graduated undergrad at the University of Central Florida, and law school from one of the most diverse law schools in the country, Florida A&M University College of Law.
While in law school, Amanda focused on gaining real experience and accepted a position at our firm where she started as an entry-level legal assistant, diligently progressed to a case manager, and is now a dedicated partner attorney of the firm.
Amanda’s passion and devotion stems from her awareness that the intricacies of every crash are different, every individual is unique, and the injured and their families hire her to be their fierce advocator, compassionate storyteller, and skillful counselor.
One of Amanda’s primary areas of practice is personal injury law which includes automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, boating accidents, slip and falls, dog bite attacks, and wrongful death cases.
Amanda’s devotion for connecting with the individuals and families that have been injured and suffered losses due to the negligence of others is what intrinsically motivates her to be their fierce voice. Amanda aspires to serve not only as an advocate for her clients but also as a counselor, educator, listener, and protector, all while zealously and aggressively fighting insurance companies and their attorneys to achieve justice and fair recovery that her clients deserve.
Amanda is equally as passionate as a family law attorney, representing mothers, fathers, husbands, and wives in all aspects of family law cases. Amanda compassionately believes that parties and their children benefit immensely when settlements can be reached without court intervention and has recently taken a course to become a Florida Supreme Court Mediator.
Amanda specializes in dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody proceedings, child support, and modification proceedings.
When Amanda is not working, she is a proud wife and mother, and attributes her unparalleled work ethic to her southern upbringing.
